2009... what a year! There was several great things that happened. Such as our new house (where we want to be), Jacob understanding Christmas, Getting to know my sister in law& become good friends, Spending more time with family & my 2 men always make a great year. (Jacob & Michael & pup Simon). We took part in more activities...halloween parade. My sister is getting engaged. My friend Kim found out she is pregnant with 2 babies. Infertility treatments worked and one baby is a week ahead of the other. Medicine is an awesome thing!
But 2009 was really a rough year... or the roughest we have had. The move was rough, getting settled in the house since we were sick one after one another. Bronchitis, Flu, bronchitis again & again. Jacob getting stitches 2 times ( halloween he pulled car door open & got his finger caught between our car & other parked beside us).Not enough time in the day for everything. I was taken care of my sister in law every other day ( no complaints. I wanted to do it...) Just like I said before not enough time.... wish I had more time to spend w/ her. My sister in law passed. (miss you Donna)
My brother has had alot of health issues. Our uncle ( Michaels side) had 3 heart attacks but was lucky & is doing well. Lots of snow~ & cold. Hit a deer ( 1st & hopefully last) A SUV hit it sending it into my car & left with out checking on me or giving insurance. We only had liability since well its was 11 years old ( low mileage 23,000) & purschase it for $4000.00. It was is PERFECT shape ..old couple had it as a sunday car.... So now we are paying to fix..... BUT Jacob & I are fine & thats what matters. But I will forever remember the look on that poor deers face.. He truly was as scared as I was. Sorry poor Buck ( it was a buck not doe) And did you know 20 mins after hitting it someone had already stopped & cut its rack as hunters call it off. How sick is that.. Twisted~
Anyway I am sure there is more but I can not think of everything... Just a tough year. Mainly all the illness.
But we look forward to 2010. Its going to be a good one. I can feel it~
